Hi guys and gals!

It seems like the Denton Rally is still on schedule... I would like to create a Buy & Sell thread here to get the trading and swapping, buying and selling started this year. Now that I have that part done, I need to go find something to buy or sell!

Welcome to the fun!

Tim

Not whining or crying guys, but so far all I have been able to find to sell is one bent bumper from an MTV and a couple of LMTV leaf springs. Already found a replacement bumper last year. My pickings seem to be really slim on stuff to sell.

Has anybody started rummaging their stash?

Some stuff I can bring:

MTVR A/C kit, new in crate $1500
(2) new MK48 fuel tanks with straps (75 gallon) $300/ea
(1) HMMWV Red Dot A/C kit new in box $2300
HMMWV ECV hood, grille, frame extensions, ECV fan shroud, ECV radiators
HMMWV hood (regular) with Special forces style Pioneer tool brackets $600
(2) 400 (or 450?) amp alternators new in crates
HMMWV A2 style tow points front and rear
Scepter fuel cans assuming I still have any by that point, $65/each (new, green)
HMMWV CV shafts (new, not chinese) $$???
Front spring kit from M939 series for bobbing M939's, all brackets, etc $400
Lift kit for CUCV (I think 4-6"). Front springs, rear blocks. $200

MANY LMTV parts, if you need anything just ask, I will have a trailer load of stuff. Shocks, brake chambers, bumpers, battery covers, ETC ETC ETC. Some stuff like shocks would be CHEAP just to get them gone!

I am in for the S-141 shelter. Just measured and it will fit nice and low on the deck of my M989a1.
Towing it behind my M1089, I won't be struggling to stop it or get "passed" by it either!

You won't get passed by it, but you won't pass a fuel station without stopping, and you will get passed by everyone on the highway :-D

Have for Sale:
  • OE-254 antenna, complete kit with bag and everything, good condition. $250
Want to Buy:
  • M1079 boarding ladder. Yep still looking for one. The specific ladder that fits the M1079 van enclosure.
  • Maybe a heavy trailer, something good to haul a 7-8k lb tractor.
  • M1078 tarp frame rails. The straight horizontal pieces. Some of mine are getting pretty rusty where the straps go around them. Probably should just get some aluminum ones cut, but if you have some spares...

I would like to speak up for several 5-Ton Snatch Blocks. No such thing as too many of those things if it all goes bad. Definitely would like to have that large green one for sure and at least three others. Just PM me if you want PayPal money now or I can bring folding bread at the Rally.

THANKS,

Tim

Let me look through the goodie bag and see what is left. Plans are to come up right now.
Let me practice my comedy skit.

"James, you should really wait until April. That's when everyone else will be there" LOL

Seriously, all you folks with M39 series trucks and deuces should jump on those plastic battery boxes James has. They are super nice and quite the deal.
