Years ago when I drove truck , the owner of the co. had a picture of the dead man that a tire exploded on as he was airing it up. You would be amazed what happened to him. His cloths were even shredded. Was a sad thing to behold.Yep wrap the wheel and tire in chain and stand back. Dont take chances. The other thing, I was driving a Dodge power wagon and the truck slid into a curb on a snowy day . I never did find that ring. Always wondered what happened to it .I didnt hang around long tho. I was a scared kid.I limped back to the job site and got yelled at.
