Operation Hope - Food Distribution

I had the chance to fill my duece with canned food on Wednesday. Our church Pleasant Grove Baptist in Bowman, Georgia will be distributing 50,000 pounds of canned food during the Christmas Holidays and needed help with transportation. I volunteered my deuces and trailers for the job. My first and trial haul worked great and I transported 6,000 pounds of canned food on 4 pallets from the Athens Area Food Bank back to the church with room to spare. We will go back next week and load the truck up a little more and take the M105 trailer to add to my capacity. I will try to post pictures as I have them. Its fun to make the truck work for a cause.

Excellent work! Last winter we had a severe snow and Meals on Wheels couldn't get to some homes due to deep snow drifts. I wish I had my deuce then.

I like to see this happen here were it is needed in hometown America . We need to help OUR OWN FIRST before we send it overseas . Great job and keep up the good work .
