Parking Brake Question

Couple months back I installed a completely new parking brake and cable.

How tight should I adjust the nut on the cable to where it pulls the shoes tight. Right now it's tightented to where there is no movement between any of the shoes against the drum(?) when the brake is engaged. But the truck will still roll around.

Do I tighten until I cant tighten anymore? I'd hate to brake my cable
