picked up 2 m51 trailers today

A friend found these yesterday about to be scraped and called me and i paid the junk yard what he was going to get for scrap. The shelters are gone but everything else is there and turning freely. I am going to strip one for parts and try to get one going.

You can get a lot of aluminum and copper out of those but you will work your arse off for it.
To have been built by the lowest bidder those suckers are put together.
Ask me how I know.

What happened to the inflatable shelters?????

the shelter must have been thrown or rotted away these have been outside for awhile. It look to have 1.5 mil bolts in them to remove they really dont owe me anything so I'll take my time.

Glad to hear you saved a couple more trailers from the torch. I'd like to see one of those shelters set up, maybe someday.

i was in CT visiting and my buddy found them up 7 miles from my house in maine and I happened to have my phone on It usually doesn't work that easy.
