Do a seach on SF97s. That is the title, which depending on out state, will be needed for title. There are several treads on the subject.
The EUC is needed before you EVEN get billed, that is the Gov back ground check. DOD never knows, you might use one of this in some sort of rebellion. Not that a brand new Chevy 3500 would not be more effective in some rebellion, but they need to check anyway. So you will not get your truck without the EUC, but you will get the truck without the SF97. make sense? Look at the GL site. Or look at the GSA auctions, they are faster and from time to time they have the M1008, M1009, M1028 on that site.
