This is what I was told was straight brackets. Purchased off eBay, hopefully can get my money back. Is it worth my time to try to heat them up and try to bend back in shape or just buy new ones?

Super easy to straighten without a torch or heat. Just mount to the truck or a bench top vice and use a large adjustable crescent wrench with a three foot extension on the handle to bend back to stock.This is what I was told was straight brackets. Or return, BUT a you have these in your house and they are repairable. Obviously the seller lied about condition.
