Power Steering Lines

My M923A2 blew one of its power steering hoses this past weekend. I would rather replace them with some flexible braided steel lines so I can more easily route them from the driver side to the passenger side vs. the hard lines currently there. I would like to know the fitting sizes on the ends. A rough measurement is that they are 6 feet long each. Has anyone replaced their with either OEM or aftermarket? (such as braided stainless?)
