I had a B-61 Mack 10 wheeler with power streering. The drag link had a hydrollic valve that sensed right, left or neutral, and sent hydrolic flow to a cylender on tie rod , which assisted steering. This was not unusual for 50s and 60s trucks. simerlar systems were used in tractors. There were some after market add ons I've seen when I was a junkyarder. but that was a while ago.

With 9.00/20 air assist, with 395's / 15.5's Hydro.
The air assist will help on broken fingers, hands, arms if you are off road.
I have the air assist from m35products on my truck with 395's. It s a really big help and makes driving uch better but needs more.
