No one I'm aware of has a 100% bolt-on solution available - Ugly Truckling used to offer parts/plans to adapt a Dodge/GM power-steering
box to the M37, but it's no longer available.

has anyone put ps on a m37? need to know what to use and how to do it
thanks ed ross
If you go to the Power Wagon Advertiser site there are several threads related to the power steering conversion. The easiest is to use a reverse rotation Saginaw box from a late 70's 3/4 ton dodge truck. The original idea was incorporated by Tim Peterson on his M in 1989. There is a how to article on this modification in the May issue (1989) of the magazine.
