A neighbor said that he had some military stuff that was given to him and wondered if I wanted it to go with my army truck. Never being one to turn down free stuff, when I got home tonight on my porch were two 5 gallon jerry cans and some kinda power unit thing. What in the world is a Ballantine Dynamaster Power Unit PE103A? I have a M1009, is this something that can be used with my truck? What does it do? Radio related maybe? Any help would be great.

Try a search for a Dynamotor pe103a. Looks like it converts 6 or 12 VDC to a much higher AC voltage for a SCR-284A / BC-654 world war II to Korea era radio. This site had some info-
Sherry's Boat Anchors

(Note: I don't know anything about them, just like to search for weird stuff on the net )
