On top of the fuel tank where the power comes to the tank pump there is a cover with three nuts. They are 3/8 I think but do not quote me on that.

Take them off and then the cover lifts off and the fuse holder is underneath.

Probably worth pulling the pump out of the tank before changing the fuse. The pumps get gunked up so 1, you don't want to send all that gunk to the filter when you replace the fuse and 2, you don't want to fail a second fuse if the pump is stuck. The pump is a magnetic coupling to the motor, pretty easy to clean.
