A member of the Military Vehicle Collectors of Colorado (MVCC), Chris Raasch, has painstakingly cataloged a ton of PS Magazine articles. I have stated listing them on the MVCC wedsite on the "Newsroom" page with a link to an increasing number of the articles in an archive. I am trying to list 6 a month. Just click on a title to view.

I can change the name of the thread. That sounds like a good idea. I am also trying to see if someone, anyone, kept the old back issues. I hope they are not gone for ever. I sent in a request, to PS, and have not received an answer.

Some sad news FYI.... PS Magazine is sunsetting.

Sad that the Army doesn't see any value in PS magazine. Probably some bean-counters couldn't quantify the contributions of PS magazine over 73 years in a way that the decision-maker could understand it. I can think of more than a dozen DA civilians right now we could cut with zero impact to mission readiness in order to fund continuing operations for Half-Mast and crew.

The commands are full of them. CECOM, TACOM, MICOM and so on.

I've worked with at least half of them over the last 23 years. Still have 3 or 4 reps at TACOM Warren I work with when I have to draft or approve an article. But like the article said, soon as they retire, their position goes away. It sucks. I'll be retiring from TACOM in 2035. My slot will probably go away once I do.

Two good friends of mine just retired from TACOM, and their jobs went away.
