pt pump/cummins info on disc

has any one had dealings with a company called chq software in canada,they advertise here uk in our mil mags,i need to to find the test plan for setting up 250 cummins pt pump on test rig so ordered cd from them.it has come but has correct title printed on disc but totally different info actually on it- been emailing them as printing fault their end but they not replying?.any one know of them?
