I am new to this site and to this surplus generators, but I recently picked up a generator.
I am interested in information on a PU 794/G. I understand they are a modified MEP 004, but I can find very little info on how they are modified, what specs are different, etc... I have downloaded the TM's, but they hardly reference this model anywhere in the manual.
Was the 794 developed for a specific application or system? How common are they? Were there any problems specific to this set that are different than the regular MEP 004?
