Pulling a transmission on an M923A1

I have searched the TMs but can't find the answer to this question:

Do I need to support the engine on the front or the back when I separate the transmission from it? On civilian trucks that I have worked on the answer is a resounding YES, so I am concerned that I might damage motor mounts or something else.

The TM that tells about replacing the transmission doesn't mention that, but it also doesn't have anything about removing/replacing all the conections and linkages on the left side.

I find it interesting that I got 68 views, and 0 replies; am I the only one that ever pulled the transmission on an 900 series truck?

The answer is 'no', the engine is supported in the very back by a mount on either side and one in the center-front.
