Ramsey PTO identification

Has anyone ever seen a PTO like this one? I've searched the internet and found no info on it. It's bolted to the back of a standard deuce sprag transfer case. It has a Ramsey tag on it but searching the model number yields no results.

Same purpose and function as the P-136-C but different construction, obviously.
