Random question about MC rebuild

Just a random question. I’m not concerned or looking for a part, but I was curious as to why the 2.5 ton master cylinder does NOT include the spring where as the 5 ton rebuild does? Are any of the parts interchangeable?

Just a few random questions for maybe the older guys with experience…thanks!

Not much the same between them I've ever seen.

If your deuce has a spring in it, use it again. If not, don't worry 'bout it.
