I've not priced parts in years but the work is pretty straightforward. I prefer to drop the trans from inside the cab using an engine crane or a stringer from the rear cab wall to the windshield frame and suspend a come a long or very small chain hoist.

I looked at a Reo yesterday and the clutch didn't bite until right at the top, it didn't slip at all.
Not driven one before so didn't really know, is this usual ?
