hey yall, just got back from the SS GA rally with my new side racks for m105,,the racks dont slide all the way down into the pockets on the trailer body, pockets dont have anything in them, kinda rusty, dont want to beat the side racks in with a rubber hammer, might need to remove them someday, dont want to saw them off short either, even swapped ends and tried putting in backwards, that sounds kinky when you read it,my buddy said to use grease and pound them in,no not KY jelly, seriously any body else ever have this problem ,and how do i fix it,thanks in advance

There might be junk down in the stake pockets. Also, if you dont have the racks aligned JUST right, they sometimes get stuck. Check for bent stakes too.

Check the center stake it should be shorter than the rest, may have the wrong one installed there.?.? Befor all else fails use some lube. I hate seeing people slaming doors and stuff when all it needs is a little oil. Thats the frist thing I do when I gat a new (to me) truck is spray all the latches and hinges with PB Blaster.
