Rear bumper mount shims dimensions?

Ordered these shims online but they’re delayed and I really want to wrap this bumper project up over the weekend. I plan to cancel the order and make my own.

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of these shims? Length/width and (most importantly) thickness. I can figure out the holes on my own.

Here are some pics of one off a M1152, which should be a factory installation and a genuine part, but the part number (12338164) is painted over. It measures 3.00 x 3.625 x 0.141" thick with the paint. I included the scale in the pictures since the hole locations are not exactly symmetric with the edges...no idea if this is intentional or just manufacturing slop. Holes are just a bit over 0.500" diameter.
