Rear seat belt install

Anyone install the rear seatbelt onto the c-pillar?

Hard top or soft top? I know the soft top has separate mounts on the fenders for the seat belts.

soft, mine is currently mounted on the fender, I just want to inquire if anyone had moved it to the pillar.

i would not move it if you have the flimsy c pillar for a soft top. It would not hold up in an accident. The hard top c pillar is a lot stronger.

Yeah I wondered about it when I installed mine. I wouldn't trust the c-pillar at all after installing it.

The C pilar is made out of beer can. Keep the mount where it is reinforced. There are litter really 6 small bolts that hold the c pillar on.

Agree. I think of the soft top C pillar as a top bow and nothing else.
