red frame

Is there any reason the frame of my deuce in the front around the engine would be red and the rest of the truck be od green?

the right side wheel well is red to its wierd i was steam cleaning today and the paint blew off and it was red but no where else

Its a possibility. My guess is a cat was sleeping near the engine to keep warm and didn't wake up soon enough.
