Removing fuel tank; what am I doing wrong?

There is no bleedng required for the fuel tank change out....personally, if I drop an old A0 tank, it’s getting a new A2 tank.
along with all new gaskets, modern sender, tank vent and most importantly, install the fuel tank sender access plate MWO.
this will make everything a breeze on reinstall and and future work...
His system has been open to the elements for an unknown period of time, and he is unsure what crap got in there.

I respect your experience BUT getting old fuel and contaminants out with a bleed was therefore suggested.

If you still feel no bleed is necessary, I defer to your extensive experience.
