my uncle died a few years back and had a i think 1958? REO wrecker with a huge boom on the back idk if anyone on here would be interested in it but its located in monroe ny im pretty sure hate to see it just sitting there

With all these guys closer being interested, I'll just say if it doesn't work out for them, let me know...... It's almosy road trip time anyway, I'm getting cabin fever. But from whay I hear, its even more snow over there than we have here.:(

lol i didnt think it would get this much attention! i will try to take pictures this weekend i have never been up there and im guessing it ran when he drove it there because idk how else you would get something that big there. i remember him sayin it was a tank recovery truck or something? im going to talk to my aunt asap about it idk if she wants money she was going to just scrap it

I have a 1954 Diamond T 5 ton Bituminous Asphalt Distributor truck,,,, guess they may have made M62s too. If it is really a Reo, it probably is a 2 1/2 ton. JT

Doesn't matter Deuce or 5 ton, crane or wrecker, it needs a good home and if nobody else wants it, Ohio has a nice place for it, right outside my window with the other one. BUT I'm sure there are those closer who also will offer it the TLC it earned and deserves. But PICTURES would be nice too. So I can see what it was I didn't get.......

finally got in touch with my aunt she is sending me pictures. its from Ft.Hamilton in Brooklyn Ny he apparently drove it up there
