Ring Mount Legs...question.

Can anyone here confirm if the three Ring Mount Legs are all exactly the same length...?? I know that each upper bracket is different and specific.....but are the
mounting legs...all the same length...?? Also .....does anyone have a set of U-Bolts
for the rear legs....that they'd like to sell....or trade..???
