Is Monday the only day they do load outs at Fort Jackson ?

No, but call ahead as sometimes they have to go to another site for loadouts and will not be there. Tim covers Ft. Gordon and Beaufort as well as a site in the upstate, and it depends on what is going on there as to whether or not he is at Ft. Jackson on any particular day.
