Selling a M105A2 Trailer Question

Sorry newbie here. Quick question, I purchased a M105 through GL and was wondering if it is legal for me to sell it to someone else (ie ebay)? I am not in the business of resale, just picked it for individual private use, but its looking like the M101 would be a better trailer for me.

Sure, you just have to abide by the rules. Which primarily consists of reselling it to a US citizen and keeping track of who you sell it to.
