Now that's just plain nifty right there! Probably the TC had his driver or the Motor Pool guys install it. Maybe he/she liked comfort and I bet it cut down on the noise level. Is it your CUCV? If so, does it have a name? "Shaggin Wagon" comes to mind. That's definitely a first for me. Mine only has what paint hasn't worn off.
