Sherman Williams Color Code

I have completed the 70 and 71 M35's mechanical. Both trucks are now running great and no leaks. So I am now gretting ready to star the body and paint work. I will not be going back with the 3 color camo 383, but going with the OD green and white stars as originally painted. Sherman Williams indicated to me that there are various OD green colors of that time period. Both trucks were assigned as army but which is the correct OD color. I have seen in pics where the OD is darker than other's for the time period.

FS24087 is the correct shade, semi-gloss olive drab. SW should be able to make some up, or use the Gillipsie from Rapco or American Coatings from Brent Mullins Jeep Parts in College Station
