My 85 M1008 is in need of a bushing (underneath the truck prior to entering the transmission) and possibly some other parts. I don't have a bushing on the control rod and need to know where it should be installed and hopefully get a picture or schematic to help me see the original setup.

I've searched here and online and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Thanks,

Jon

Thanks, now I have to figure out how to fix mine.

In your 3rd picture, the spring is compressed against the arm and the frame support. Does the bushing go between the spring and the support?

The arm on mine goes completely through the support and the spring is uncompressed.

Thanks for the help!

Jon
