okay heres mine two coats and still the old black bleeds thourgh
despit sanding and primer but I think it looks a whole lot better
than the old paint.
And this is bher paint.

Nevermind, found the answer in TB 746-91-1

"The marking will be of uniform letters and numerals of the largest size practical to use. They will not exceed the size of the registration number if on the same surface."

A huge thanks to vtdeucedriver for all of his help getting markings narrowed down and answering my technical questions.

Finally got the stencils from Rick Larson and boy does he do good work. I would highly recommend him for any military stencil's needed. Thanks again VT for your help and recommendations.
