Maybe some one has some insight... My side windows will not sit flush. They roll up an are above the top and tilt out from door frame. I just replaced every seal on entire cab and put a new top on!

Are the clips on the window itself? more than likely one of them is off. If the back of the window raises then there is a clip off or a bent regulator. Or get the new window clips that are not worn. Sometimes they just get weak and let the lil arms get a lil loose.
