signal light problem

my signal lights flash very rapidly and also work with the key off???? I replaced all the bulbs and flashers (2) please help

I think they are to work with key off. Rapid could be ground or bulb out or bad contact in socket.

rapid flashing other than what has been stated could be the incorrect flasher.

My lights,turn signals work with the ignition off on my 1028.

I replaced both flashers and all the bulbs with the correct parts its driving me nuts .... ill check the sockets but all the bulbs flash and when i put the hazzard light on it flashes normal.... so its normal for them to work with the key off? the hazzards i know are supposed to but the siginals?

Yes, the signals work with key off. Start with a multi-meter and with everything off,levers ,key,etc start check at each light, see if there is current?

Do both sides flash fast?

Do the front a rear lights light up at the same time, or alternate?

Reading the TM 9-2320-289-10 Operators Manuals, says that yes the turn signals work without the key on.

they all work left and right no alternating and yes both sides flash rapidly
