Slightly twisted Multifuel in M52A2

Due to a leak in my radiator, I had to pull it for repair (it also needs to be flushed in a bad way). While pulling it, I notice that the engine appeared to be slightly twisted (driver side down, more in the back) along with my belts screaming to be replaced. I've looked at all the engine mounts and don't see any that are broken; the cushions are slightly compressed which is expected with a 47 year old vehicle. The truck drives excellent with no apparent issues.

Has anyone ran into this issue in the past? Ideas?

Thanks.
