slipping in reverse and unlocking in 5th

M931A2 is acting up when it is cold it wants to slip in reverse after it warms up it pulls just fine and in drive it shifts though all the gears locks torque converter in 2nd and stays locked up tell it hit 5th and it hesitates to go in then when it goes in then the torque converter unlocks.......won't lock back up tell you slow down to 4th gear......it does this with warm or cold trans,,,,

oil and filters have right at 1k miles on then oil is not dark nice honey color....

i have adjusted the MC and it shifts great but didn't solve the problem........is there any other adjustments that would solve this?

no no shutter or vibration......it locks up in 2nd gear then when it hits 5th it is locked then stays for about 10 seconds then it unlocks...
