I have driven a 6.2 with 465 with 35" tires and loved it also have pulled a few 465's out of blazers so it all fits nice, go for it!

Thanks Csm Davis, I look forward to challenges but it is always nice when a challenge goes smoothly. So i hope this one does. I know i will be needing clutch reservoir and i think the pedal assembly but i can fab stuff and I know things like that will be available at the parts lots.
