So thats how you close that

So between pulling the bent push rod out (see restoration, engine drivetrain) and replacing the "Emergency Engine Stop" cable. I was able to figure out how to close the Tachograph. Take a piece of .042 safety wire and push it in the center of the slot while pushing in thake a small screw driver put it in the slot out from center and turn. Bada Bing closed and latched.
