So what Kind of Trailer did I buy ?

Well I bought this trailer with a M35A2 converted to a M48 style truck
I know it is for hauling containers but I don't know the specs or the M#

Pretty sure that is used to haul conex boxes.

The ones Ive seen listed before all said "for off highway use only". I dont know why that is.

They haul the 20 foot CONEX boxes. I had like 10 of them when I was in.
