Southwind heater parts source?

I have a Southwind 978m 20k btu heater that needs the soft parts in the fuel regulator. Does anyone know a source for the large diaphragm in the regulator? Any help would be much appreciated!!

This is the heater thats in the M109 shop trucks and lots of the shelters....

I would also like to know of a source for the parts (filters, diaphragms, etc.) for these heater units. I have a few burner units I'd like to complete.
