I was tediously studying some wiring diagrams today in TM -34 and I came across a "SPOTLIGHT" and a "FLOOD LMP" on page 19 of Appendix E. Does anyone know what the spotlight and floodlight were for? I have an m1009 and it certainly has neither.

That would be for the M1010.

Spotlight on the cabin roof and one flood lights on the driver & passenger side of the ambulance box.

OK, if you went to the -34PTM, and searched for "spotlight", you would have found it.

M1010 has them.

With what Doghead says, in the front of the manuals there is a UOC chart. That chart lists a number and model of truck. Parts listed with that UOC number are used on that specific truck.
