Spray Liner Smells

I would like to do a spray in liner in my m1009. Has anyone who has done this had any issues with odours after the product has cured??

Which Liner are you planning on using? I have used several different kinds on various rigs, most have gassed out within 24 hrs.

look into alsliner.com it is a great DIY kit and those roll on liners dont even come close.

I sprayed 2 part polyurathane 'Raptor' bed liner and it stunk for a few days, left the doors open. After 2 weeks it did not smell bad. Now about a month later it is not really noticiable. It dried very hard. The downside is it is very slick, the rubber floor mats slide around a lot. Alos, the cab is way more noisy then it was with the stock rubber and matting. Looks good though...

I've had Rhino Liner in mine for over a year now. Had that petroleum smell for a week or so at first but it went away. Now smells like old GM and Kentucky dust.

Yup, similar results here too. It took a week for the Herculiner to stop stinking.

Also used the Herculiner, smell gone in about 3 days.
