Hello-

Just finished cutting down the new bracket to fit the starter on my M1009. The bolt was still there along with the old bracket and looks good. I don't have the nut that attaches to the starter. Have looked on all the posts here and only the bolt sizes are listed. Does anyone know the nut size? It could save me a few trips to the hardware store!

Thanks,

Bill

It is a M6 metric nut. The bolt of the starter clamp in the block is a M8 x 20 metric. The two big one that hold the starten to the block are M12.
The 6.2 l Diesel is a full metric engine.

Wolf
