Starter? Solenoid?

Started my 936A2 up, moved it from the yard to in front of my garage to fix a fuel line on the right tank that broke off, replace a pin that holds in the heavy lift jacks and switch CTIS ecu units to try troubleshooting my CTIS doing nothing. Put the CTIS ECU from my tractor in and it actually cycled some air(put the ECU unit from the wrecker in my tractor and it worked fine).
Now I'm getting nothing but a click from the protective box when I try to start the truck. Gauges all work when the battery switch is turned on so I presume the protective box is okay, Solenoid/ Starter all of a sudden? Don't even know where to begin here, how can I jump the solenoid to see if it's bad? Which terminals do I want to jump?
Thanks, Bob

PS. I'm getting over 25 volts at the starter and solenoid connections

Never mind issue resolved! I did the starter lockout reset. Battery switch on, disconnect harness to control box. reconnect to box, start engine. Apparently for some reason when I put the other CTIS ECU in it tripped it(have no clue why changing CTIS ECU's would trip the Protective control box Starter lockout!(maybe cause I don't have a speed signal generator?). My wife seems to think it's her magic touch as I was going to tap on the starter and solenoid with a hammer to see if it was a dead spot while she cranked it. CTIS still isn't working now that I put the box the wrecker came with back in. I know it's a good box since my tractor was functioning perfect with it in there. Thank you Lord for the easy fix and the TM's at Steel Soldiers!
