Steering Gear Cracked

Hey everybody, so i went to drive my m1008 into the garage to fix the oil pan gasket and found out my power steering leak has become a major issue. Looked at the steering gear and it looks as if its cracked beneath the cap. I've heard this is a issue on these trucks. Is there a proper brace to buy to install after adding the new gear to toughen it up or?

JC Whitney used to sell a kit/plate for the frame in that area. Don't know about the actual steering box, though.
