sticker on my windshield

my m1009 came with a sticker on the driver side at the top that was white with the letters O F A in blue, anyone know what that stands for

Where did you get your truck? There are several actual acronyms I can think of, but none seem to fit:
OFA- Obstacle Free Area (airfield/aviation term)
Overhead Fire Area (artillery)
Office of Fiscal/Financial Administration
Ohio Forestry Association
Office of Federal Activities (EPA)
Oregon Firearms Academy
Office of Fleet Administration (California)
and the vague "Other Federal Agency"
