Has anybody got there's registered in California.. I paid extra for the a Title, I should be getting it soon..I heard that the vin number throw a flag to the DMV.. Not long enough. I also was told that I have to file for a new vin number. Witch means it has to be inspected by CHP...

Doubt it will ever happen, they won’t register hmmwv’s they aren’t going to register a growler.
i have titles for mine, they are too new and would need smog
