Hey Dok are you on alaska 4x4 network? there are some of us up here that have cucv's on the site. the wiring is pretty simple. do you have a volt meter? simpson, fluke, or any other volt meter? Yeah i here ya on it getting colder. I have been starting my truck early just to de ice the window in the morning. none of the white stuff below 2000 feet yet.
Yup, have a decent digital multimeter. I'm on 4x4network as DokWatson. I can't get anything done without my fingers freezing :evil: Apartment life is no good for vehicle maintenance lol.

Dok,
so i looked for my old cables but here is what might be worng.
Since you have the artic kit you have an extension on the heater wiring. you can see it in the below picture. I think that the wire you have there is supposed to have a male spade terminal on it. and be plugged into the orange one on the factory end. this is all in the TM's. You may or may not also have that filter hooked up that is in the left there on the pic. The filters are for noise on the military radios.
