Hi Guys; got a 86 CUCV if the tank gets below 1/4 tank of fuel it's sucks air and dies ,on any incline or vigerus take off/braking. Had the tank out ,there is no baflling should there be??

Leaking air is probably occurring at the fuel filter on the passenger side fire wall.

You will have to replace the backing bracket that HOLDS the fuel filter.

OR chase the fuel line back from the filter. At some point you WILL FIND a hole in the fuel line from the fuel tank to the fuel filter, you will find it.
