Surpurb GL chat help.

I finally broke down and used the G.L. chat.

I am not good at doing "chat"
But needed help with some EUC's

And was talking, with someone named Jacinta.
This was my BEST experience I have had with G.L.
Was told to send some info.
Which I sent her by email, while talking to "her" (I hope)
With dial up it took some time.
But she patiently waited.

I thanked her.

Within 1 hour.
I was sent a email saying Battle Creek got my info for processing.

I have always had good experiences via Live Chat. The girls there are very professional and very helpful.

My experience with GL is that the rank and file worker bees, with a few rare exceptions, are good, helpful folks.
Most of the problems are at at the top out in Phoenix.
